High Transmission UV-MWIR Electro-Conductive Coatings
- Coating material: Graphene oxide based composition
- Coating substrates (examples): Glass, Fused Silica, ZnSe, CaF2, BaF2, polycarbonate, etc.
- Sheet resistance: 17kΩ/sq typical
- Absorption losses: <2% (Vis –NIR-SWIR), <4% (UV, MWIR)
- Substrate sizes: up to 300 mm
- Surface shape: flat or curved
The electro-conductive graphene oxide composite coatings can be used as ITO replacement in advanced applications such asliquid crystal based devices, photonics, optics, electronics, plasmonics and optofluidics.
Spectral comparison between glass substrates coated with a conductive graphene oxide (blue curve) and ITO layer (red curve) in the visible-NIR (left) and NIR-middle infrared range (right). The total transmission has been normalized to the bare glass substrate.
