Customize liquid crystal-based materials, synthesize functional additives, and obtain desired physical, chemical, and optical properties using advanced material characterization techniques (IR spectrometers, HPLC, GCMS).

Experience must include clean room manufacturing of liquid crystal cells using UV lithography and spin coating techniques, knowledge of structure-property relationships of LCs, and integration of their additives (ie, chiral dopants and photoswitches).
